How The Renal Traveller Club Works — FAQs
What is the Renal Traveller Club Awards program?
It’s a yearly draw with three prizes. Every completed dialysis session booked via the Renal Traveller app or website at a verified clinic gives you one entry. More completed sessions = more chances. Program Terms apply.
How do I join and receive my passport?
Create your profile, join the Renal Traveller Club, and submit the Request Passport form. We’ll ship your Dialysis Travel Passport to your address by tracked post (delivery times vary by location).
What counts as a session for entries?
A session counts when it is booked through the Renal Traveller app or website, at a verified clinic, and marked Completed during the entry period. Cancellations and no-shows do not count.
How many entries can I have?
You receive one entry per eligible completed session within the entry period. There’s no separate cap - your total entries equal the number of completed sessions.
When is the draw?
Shortly after year-end. Winners are contacted by email using the address on their Renal Traveller profile. Exact timing is set out in the Program Terms.
What are the prizes?
Each year we award three prizes: a Flight e-Voucher redeemable across a large variety of airlines for a wide range of global destinations; a 5-Star Weekend Escape voucher redeemable at a leading five-star hotel brand (where available); and a Destination Wellness e-Voucher for a premium wellness experience. Images are illustrative, availability varies by region, and full details are in the Program Terms.
Are the awards digital?
Yes - most awards are digital e-vouchers delivered to your registered email. Please keep your email current and check spam/junk folders.
How long do I have to redeem?
Redemption depends on the voucher provider’s expiry and conditions. The validity period and redemption steps will be included in your winner/award email.
Can prizes be transferred or exchanged for cash?
No. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered unless required by law.
What costs are covered?
See the Program Terms for specifics. The voucher covers only the stated value/services; taxes, fees, visas, insurance, and incidentals (e.g., upgrades, baggage, resort fees, local transport) are the winner’s responsibility.
How will you contact winners?
By email to the registered address on the profile. If we can’t reach a winner within the response window in the Terms, we may draw an alternate.
What if I change my email or move?
Update your profile email and shipping address in your account settings. That ensures you receive notices and -if applicable- any physical materials.
How is my data used?
Only to verify eligibility, run the draw, contact winners, and fulfil prizes - handled under our Privacy Policy. Voucher partners may process data under their own policies during fulfilment.
