Step 1 – Access Your Clinic Dashboard

When you’re on the Renal Traveller platform, you’ll see your Clinic Dashboard - your main workspace for managing booking requests. You can easily switch between:

• Pending bookings
• Cancelled bookings
• Completed bookings
• Incomplete requests

This organized overview helps your team focus on active patients and streamline operations.

Step 2 – Manage Patient Documents in One Place

This is where the new system upgrade makes a real difference. Clinics have long struggled with the back-and-forth of document collection:

• Patients forget to send files

• Lab results are incomplete or outdated

Each booking includes the patient’s:

• Medical Report (doctor’s prescription for dialysis)

• Serology Report

• Proof of Identity (ID or Passport)

• Optional: Insurance document

• View or download documents instantly

• Accept complete and valid files
